Steps To Make A Bookshelf

1. Open Your Crafting Menu

Open your artboard so you can see the 3×3 grid as shown in the image below.

2. Add Books And Wood Planks

With your workbench open, we now need to place the 3 books and 6 wooden shelves on the squares on the grid, as shown in the image below.

It is important that the items are placed in the squares exactly as shown in the picture.

Place 3 wooden planks in the first row, 3 books in the second row and the remaining 3 wooden planks go in the third row. This is the recipe from the Minecraft shelf.

Remember, you can use any type of wood, including spruce, birch, oak, dark oak, acacia, and jungle planks.

Once you have placed the items in the correct boxes, you will notice a bookshelf appear in the box on the right.

3. Move The Bookshelf To Your Inventory

Finally, click on your new shelf and move it to your inventory.

Now you have a new Minecraft bookshelf! A Minecraft bookshelf is a block that can be used to amplify an enchantment and, if necessary, used as fuel.
