Items Needed To Make TNT

• 5 Gunpowder
• 4 Sand (or red sand)

Steps To Make Minecraft TNT

1. Open Your Crafting Menu

First, let’s open your creation menu in Minecraft. You should see the same grid as in the image below.

2. Add Gunpowder And Sand To The Menu

In the craft menu, add 5 gunpowder and 4 sand to the grid.

You need to add each item to the grid exactly as shown in the image below. In the 1st row, place 1 gunpowder in the 1st box, 1 sand in the 2nd box, and 1 gunpowder in the 3rd box. In the second row, place 1 sand in the first box, 1 gunpowder in the second box, and 1 sand in the third box. Finally, in the 3rd row, place 1 gunpowder in the 1st box, 1 sand in the 2nd box, and 1 gunpowder in the 3rd box. This is the Minecraft TNT recipe.

Now that you’ve added the items to the grid as described above, you’ll see a TNT block in the box on the right.

3. Move The TNT To Your Inventory

Just drag the TNT to your inventory so you can use it.

That is! Now you have TNT. Minecraft TNT is a block that can be used to start a controlled explosion.
