Once you find a drowned man, attack him.

Keep attacking the drowned man until he dies. After death, the Drowned can drop a trident. There is only an 8.5% chance that a drowned specimen will drop the trident, so you may need to kill multiple drowned zombies to get one.

3. Pick Up The Trident

If you see the trident appear after killing the drowned person, make sure to pick it up before it disappears.
